Confusion can be one of the greatest fuels you have. In fact, a little confusion is necessary in order to do something you’ve never done before.

If you allow yourself to be confused without trying to “fix it”… if you stay curious… you can allow yourself to be guided to a whole new way of being and an even more aligned, exciting external reality.

What actually holds you back is the “need to know”. What has you procrastinate is the “desire to have it all figured out”. The fixing, figuring out, and forcing often lands you right back into your comfort zone.

There, you won’t be confused. And you will be comfortable. But, you won’t have made much forward movement.

In order to get to where you want to go, you’ll need to step to the edge of your comfort zone and meet confusion once again anyway.

It’s there that your deepest Truth can be heard. In the silence of the void between one way of being and another. A Truth beyond the mind and beyond reason.

I’d even venture to say that confusion is a marker that you’re on the right track to your next step. Confusion shakes things up and shakes emotions loose. Creates the spontaneity of Life that humans have been conditioned to stray from.

Swimming in the “not knowing” allows you to hear your deepest intuitions, your heart, your inner navigation system. To feel and release emotions you normally suppress in your comfort zone. To feel the ALIVENESS of deeper discomforts and deeper joys. THAT is what you’re built and designed for. Not to be stagnant and comfortable.

When you can trust that deep ancient wisdom within you, you’ll be called forward straight into the heart of the confusion, into showing up in a way you never have before. A way that likely feels a bit scary.

And the sooner you can get comfortable with the discomfort of this, with the confusion that comes with “not knowing”, the sooner your inner wisdom will guide you to an experience that will take you straight through the confusion into a deeper level of awareness and alignment… to an expanded comfort zone.

And your mind won’t need to figure out a thing. It will receive a sudden knowing without any work on it’s part.

So give yourself permission to be confused. And let your mind relax a bit. It will thank you… eventually.
