Balance in life isn’t achieved through time management, prioritization, or strategy.
Balance in life is acheived inside first… your life then reflects that balance back to you naturally. This internal balance is achieved through consistent choices that lead you to greater equilibrium over time.
There’s an urgency that’s required for balance. An urgency that provides you with momentum and forward movement towards creating your most aligned life. Otherwise, you’d just stay in your unblanaced state.
But it’s not a busy, stressed urgency that’s required. It’s an energetic aligned urgency to bring your gifts to the world, serve those that you’re passionate about serving, and to support yourself and your family by harnessing your power and not leaking it to others.
This urgency, if you’re not careful, can turn into superficial busyness, stress, and anxiety. It can take you out of the beautiful unfolding of the present moment and have your days filled with urgent tasks that never seem to end. Or if you lose touch with this healthy urgency, it can lead to complacency.
Urgency is tempered by trust… so you allow yourself to feel the urgency of bringing the life, relationships, and service that matter to you into manifestation AND make moment by moment choices that allow you to stay present at the same time…trusting that all the right tasks will be done and all the support you need will come in perfect timing, as you continue to follow your highest calling.
These are choices that keep you from worry and anxiety. Choices that keep your mind clear so you can hear and feel the inspiration of what is meant to be done next. What you are naturally designed to do next. Without trying to figure it out.
Trusting that, no matter how much you have to do, it’s not the tasks that are urgent, it’s the trust that is the task.
Now, Gratitude is what supports this symbiotic relationship between urgency and trust. It is the foundation underneath the two.
When you trust and allow your urgency to fuel you into uncommon action, the universe provides miracles.
And how easy it is, when one of these miracles happens, to think, “Whew, that was lucky!” … or … “Thank God that happened. I would have been in trouble if it didn’t.” … or … “Well thank God that happened. But it probably won’t again so I better get my act together.” These thoughts will slow the momentum you’re building… the momentum these miracles actually represent.
Instead, just say the first part: “Thank you God. Thank you so much.”
These “miracles” are not separate from your urgency, alignment, and trust. They are the result of them. Be grateful and expect more. Continue acting with healthy, present, trusting urgency and more will happen.
Because, when you do, you are consistently telling the universe through your vibration and commitment that you are here to stay, to serve with your highest gifts, to do what it takes to support you and your family, and to create the life that truly lights you up. And your external world will shift to match this consistency through consistent “miracles” – until they become normal and expected.
Your urgency fuels you past procrastination and old habits. Your trust keeps you present. Your gratitude keeps you focused on the infinite possibilities instead of the old limiting doubts and fears.
At the cross section of urgency, trust, and gratitude, you find true internal balance. And your external life will continue to shift bit by bit to match that balance… without you “doing” any “strategies” to “make it happen.”
At this cross section, you can begin to expect miracles, accept that you deserve them, and accept that you create them simply by showing up consistently, urgently, and with trust and gratitude – in balance.
