Human Design Manifestor Strategy – To Inform

This post is for Human Design Manifestors to understand how to operate more effectively in the world, to create more ease in life and have a bigger impact.

If you are one of the other types, this post will help you understand how to work with the Manifestors in your life in a more optimal way.

Manifestors are the only type that are here to initiate.

The Manifestor’s Spark

Manifestors are here to bring in new ideas and new projects that change the way things are done.

These are usually big ideas, but you can bring in small ideas as well. However, regardless of the size, you will often get intuitive insights or feelings in your body.

It likely feels like: “I’ve got to do this, I simply got to do this right now. I’ve got to get going.”

There’s this ”spark” pulling you, the “Manifestor’s Spark” pulling you.

The “Manifestor’s Spark” is often described as feeling like someone lassoed your heart and is pulling you in a certain direction. And when that happens, you are here to get it going.

Your Strategy: Informing before Initiating

The Manifestor’s strategy is to inform before initiating. If Manifestors don’t follow this strategy and don’t inform, they may experience a lot of resistance on their path because most Generators (70% of population) already have a ton of things on their plate and a lot of requests on their energy. I can attest to this as a Manifesting Generator myself.

The Generator’s consistent Sacral energy is like a beacon in their aura attracting these requests for their energy that they can respond to. And their plate will be perfectly full if they only say Yes when their Sacral Response is a “Yes”. But then, on top of that, because of centuries of societal conditioning to make choices from the mind, most Generators out there that are not following their Sacral response and are saying yes to things their Sacral is a No to.

These generators are even more busy and in a way that will slowly exhaust and burn them out.

So, you’ll see that there’s a lot of Generators running around very busy and some which are overly busy, because they’re not saying ”No” when their Sacral really wants to be saying No.

If you, as a Manifestor, just start initiating in ways that impact Generators and expect them to give some of their energy towards your project without first informing them, you’ll meet a lot of resistance for those reasons.

So… Informing is not asking permission. It is informing to let any and all people who may be impacted by what you’re about to do or say know what you are about to do or say and why – before you do or say it.

This removes resistance from your path. This gives the Generators a chance to respond to you and enrolls the correct Generators into your vision.

As a Manifestor, your aura is deeply impactful to those around you. It is described as closed and repelling which doesn’t mean you repel people away from you. It means you repel misaligned energy and keep to yourself as necessary to foster the big ideas coming through.

The Manifestor Strategy is simply about letting the key people know: “Here’s what I’m about to do, and why”.

This strategy enrolls people in what you’re about to initiate and what you’re about to bring into the world. This enrolls them so that they’re not resisting you, but instead they’re on board with you, and they want to support you.

When others know what’s going to happen, they can start to listen to their authorities and say “Yes” or “No” as it aligns with them. This allows those around to to become a part of helping your intention come true.

As the Manifestor’s Spark isn’t a never-ending battery like the Generator’s Sacral, there will be a time when you’re meant to step away from what you’ve initiated.

You are here to kick things off, not necessarily finish them. This is another reason it’s so important to inform and enroll people in what you’re initiating… because you’re not meant to do it on your own.

Imagine you live in a big house on a hill. You get this sudden inspired insight to kick off a project. You wander down into the village and begin telling everyone what you’re about to start and why. This enrolls people and gets them excited in the vision. Your spark continues to pull you into this work day after day as it begins to grow.

Then, one day, it grows beyond you and no longer needs you. It’s taken a life of it’s own. Your spark begins to die down. And so you return to your home on the hill, watching over the village as your idea that you initiated continues to take shape and form, growing without you now.

And you wait for the next inspired insight and spark.

Repeat.

That is the life of the Manifestor who is aligned to their design.

Strategy Challenges

Now, informing is often very hard for Manifestors because, growing up on a Generator planet (knowing that ~70% of the population are Generators), has led the Manifestor to be conditioned to operate as a Generator.

As a Manifestor child, you may have been conditioned to be a “good little child”, to raise your hand, to wait in line, or in other words – to wait to respond.

Because the world is built around the Generator Strategy.

However, Manifestors are here to step out of line. Manifestors are here to speak out, they are here to not have to wait, or to raise their hand.

Manifestors are here to feel the spark, to express, to do something, and then to go do it! When they feel it.

This beautiful Manifestor uniqueness may have gotten some Manifestors labeled as a “problem child” when they were growing up. Some Manifestors may feel have been told: “why can’t you be like Johnny or Kimmy down the street”, and all these types of things.

Often, as children, Manifestors may get taught or may learn somehow to suppress their natural “Spark”.

If it doesn’t feel safe to express their spark and step out of line to initiate as they’re designed to, they will naturally start to shove it down and ignore it – in order to survive and thrive.

Often, Manifestors will get punished, made fun of, get in trouble, or even be made to feel shame when they follow their spark as a child in this society.

So, it’s important to gently and patiently reconnect to your Spark.

To start slowly, step by step, initiating small things first. To realize that you may have built a lot of protection patterns in your nervous system to keep you safe by suppressing your Spark. So it may not feel safe at first. It may trigger some fear and anxiety in your nervous system. Breathe deeply and slow down in these moments. Create space to calm those patterns so the Spark can re-emerge in that space.

The biggest challenge I hear from Manifestors is that, after finally reconnecting to their Spark after years and perhaps decades of suppressing it, they don’t want to inform because it feels like asking for permission.

They want to finally do what they’re pulled to do as they’re designed to. Which is why it’s so important to understand that informing is what removes resistance from your path so you can do just that.

So I can’t stress it enough: Informing is not asking for permission.

Informing is simply getting everyone on board with you before you start.

Enlisting Help from Projectors

Projectors, as 18% of the population, are here to observe and naturally build wisdom about what they’re observing. Their auras are focused and absorbing, deeply taking in everyone and everything around them. As part of that, they are observing Generators and experiencing Sacral energy used correctly and incorrectly through their open Sacral Center in a way that allows them to guide Generators – when the Generators are ready to listen. That’s why the Projector Strategy is to wait for the invitation.

Ideally, if everyone on the planet were living according to their design, the 2% of Reflectors would be sharing the big patterns they’re seeing, the 9% of Manifestors would be informing the Projectors of what they’re about to do based on the insights they received. And the 18% of Projectors would be guiding the Generators in how to use their energy for these big Manifestor ideas, delivering the big ideas in chunks the Generator Sacral energy can say Yes to.

So, if you know the Types of the people in your life, you can begin to play with this. Either way, practice informing everyone that will be impacted, regardless of the Type. Since very few people are living fully aligned to their design at this time in history, this ideal reality isn’t quite here. But we can all help each other become more and more aligned, step by step.

And practice informing, even for the simplest things.

For example, if you’re going to leave a restaurant early, let people know! “I’m just letting you know I’m leaving”. That may seem weird to you as a Manifestor but what you’re doing is letting others know when you are leaving their energy field, because it will impact them in bigger ways that make sense logically. If you don’t, people will probably call you the next day and be like: “Where’d you go? What happened? Are you okay?”.

The Powerful Aura of the Manifestor

It’s not you as a person, but its the powerful auric field of the Manifestor. It’s because as a Manifestor, you have one of the four sacred motors connected either directly or indirectly to the Throat Center.

That’s why you’ll see often that the aura of a Manifestor is called “closed and repelling”, even though I really don’t like that terminology. I don’t like it because I think it confuses a lot of people and makes them think they’re a repelling person.

The true interpretation is that your aura is clearing the way, it’s impacting those around you. And it’s not that you’re closed off to other people or can’t be personable, but your inner Manifestor Spark is here to do it’s own thing and to protect itself.

Your Aura is unique, because you are here to use your energy in a very specific way which can impact those around you.

By informing, you let your aura do its work in the proper way, you let yourself be cooperative with all the types of energies around you.

A Manifestor’s Journey to Alignment

The most important step if you are just finding out that you’re a Manifestor and you’re not sure what the “Manifestor Spark” feels like – is to be gentle and patient with yourself.

I’m not a Manifestor, but all my clients that are Manifestors typically have a similar experience. And over time, you can reconnect to it in your own body. The spark is an energetic intelligence that only you have access to – making it more accurate that anything I, any coach, any book, or any course could tell you.

It’s like a pull in your heart.

If you’re not connected to that pull, and if you’ve been conditioned to operate as a Generator or have been operating as a Generator for a long time, it is important to go easy on yourself.

Please understand that it simply may take some time and patience to reconnect to that spark, especially if you were taught or leant to shut it down as a child.

Simply be gentle, and just start to reconnect to it.

Start to notice your tendency to hold back or wait, and start to practice connecting to your spark with small things: notice the small phone conversations that you’re being pulled towards, or the people you’re pulled to reach out to and so forth. Then, slowly see if you can feel where your energy is pulling you to.

Little by little, your life will get easier again because you’re going to be living in alignment with your design.
