Whether you’re a Manifestor or one of the other types, you will be learning how to better collaborate and work with Manifestors because abundance doesn’t happen in isolation.
Abundance happens when you’re playing your part and leveraging everyone else who is also playing their part.
Manifestors make up 8% of the population and they are the only type of Human Design that’s really naturally designed.
Their energetic configuration is designed to initiate, to initiate action, to get things started. So the way you create abundance, if you are a Manifestor, through the leadership lens of Human Design, you’re called an Innovator.

About Innovators
Innovators or Manifestors, there’s only 8% of you because you bring in big ideas. That’s what you’re here for.
Your energetic configuration is such that you don’t have a defined Sacral Center, meaning you don’t have defined Sacral energy like 70% of the population that are Generators or Builders, but you do have a motor center connected directly to your Throat or connected through another center to your Throat.
So what that looks like is it could be your Solar Plexus emotional center that is connected through channels 36-35 or 22-12 to your Throat or through a couple of other ways to get to your Throat.
It could look like the Root center being defined through your spleen on the left side of your chart up to your Throat.
And it could also look like the Ego center, which is to me, the lower half of the heart kind of anatomically in the energetic system.
And that means your lower self heart, your Ego, your willpower concerns of the material world connected directly to your Throat. Also a combination of those, you can have multiple connected through each other on their way to the Throat.
So anyway that one of those three centers is energetically connected to your Throat and your Sacral being undefined makes you a Manifestor.
How to Create Abundance as an Innovator?
This is a really fascinating configuration and what it means is that you don’t have that consistent battery of Sacral energy, but you have either consistent willpower, consistent emotional pressure, or consistent drive and motivation connected directly to your power of Manifestation.
That means you can get things moving, you can get things started, you can initiate, you can inform others about your plans to get them enrolled, to get them bought in so that you don’t meet resistance where Innovators and Manifestors block their abundance and wealth the most is by not informing and informing isn’t actually an energetic strategy.
Informing is a strategic strategy because we happen to live in a society that encourages Generator behavior and teaches Generator behavior no matter what type you are, they don’t even have this concept of types unless they happen to know Human Design (which I pray for more and more).
But the idea is that as a Manifestor, you were here to leave the classroom whenever you wanted, you were here to get things going, to follow this internal spark that pulls you either from an emotionally clear place if you have an emotional authority or an Egoic willpower spark, if you have an Ego Manifested authority or from a Splenic instinctual spark place.
If you have your Spleen defined with the Root connected through it, or if you have your Spleen defined with another motor center connected to your Throat, you have that intuitive spark that in the no-knowing whatever way that spark shows up, it was probably encouraged to ignore it.
Others in your childhood probably encourage you to ignore it.
They encourage you to sit down, wait in line, raise your hand, and be polite and you may have been identified as “the problem kid” or the one that gets diagnosed with some kind of attention deficit thing.
But you are here to initiate to follow that impulse to get things started, not to wait.
The other three types are here to wait in various ways.
You’re not here to wait, you’re here when you feel that clarity of action of the motor within you that is pulling you like a lasso in your heart. That is how you’re going to create abundance.
Informing Is Key For Create Abundance
Now, it’s important to inform others of this because others aren’t used to that because it’s been trained out of them too. And also especially Builders, you know, Builders are the leadership type of Generators.
So Builders when they have so much on their plate because they do have that Sacral beacon of energy pulsing like a battery calling in all these opportunities.
So when you come up with a big idea without first informing them, and without first letting them know what you’re about to do and why, then they can’t readjust, they don’t have a chance to respond.
They don’t have a chance to say yes or no.
But when they have that chance to respond and they are a yes…Now they’re bought in, and now they’re enrolled. Now they can move things around on their plate, and you make sure you get the correct Generators that have Sacral energy to complete it.
Otherwise you’re going to get a bunch of Generators that are saying yes, when their Sacral is a no or you know, other types of dynamics and you’re going to end up with a lot of anger because you’re going to be met with a lot of resistance and it’s just not going to go smoothly.
So informing helps remove resistance from your path.
It is not asking for permission, it is informing, it’s letting people know and to not force things when you don’t feel that spark, when your willpower is off, or when there isn’t an emotional clarity when you’re in an emotional wave.
If you have an emotional center defined or when the instinct is a no, don’t take action yet.
Wait until you feel that spark from that instinctual, emotionally clear, or willpower place.
Again, the interesting configuration is, remember, you don’t have that consistent energy.
So you are here to Guide energy. You’re not here to be the Builders, the workers doing everything, but you are here to move things forward through drive emotional pressure or willpower.
And you are here to initiate get it started. Inform people get people enrolled.
So that when your spark starts to die down towards that project, there’s enough momentum moving that others can keep it going.
So the way you create abundance in your life from the money stand from, from the financial standpoint is making sure you’re set up to continue getting in exchange for your genius because this genius sometimes isn’t rewarded.
You might be the visionary.
You might be like that, that idea person that kicks things off, you want to make sure that you’re structuring things in the material realm in a way where you get rewarded for that and that you honor that within yourself, you value that within yourself, this natural way of genius that you have that you may not always be valued based on society’s measurements.
So that’s key.
How To Create Abundance in your Business working as/with Innovators?
So if you’re another type and you’re working with Manifestor, make sure that you realize how they’re here to be and they are here to initiate, they are here to inform. So trust, if you’re a Guide or a Projector, trust the invitation to join them in their mission.
And if it’s a no, it’s a no same thing with Generators.
If they request your energy and your Sacral says no honor that if you’re a Reflector, if you’re an Evaluator, you’re here to see the trends so you can actually help inform and guide the Manifestor by informing them with the trends that you’re seeing that can help them initiate in the right areas, in the right directions.
It can be jarring when a Manifestor is going all in and taking action.
So make sure you’re trusting yourself, make sure you’re not projecting your own enough following your body’s wisdom onto that, right?
So we all got to play our parts and we’re not here to help every Manifestor’s vision.
But when we are here to help the right ones, everyone gets abundant, right?
The idea is that when we’re all playing our parts, we get abundant.
Abundance doesn’t happen in isolation.
Abundance happens in collaboration.
It happens with realizing you don’t have to do it all alone, trusting your part, and bringing other people in.
